Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Partner to join our HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition team at Semco Maritime. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent for our fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top candidates across various professions, including engineering, technology, and sales.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless and successful experience for both candidates and the organization.
- Advising and supporting hiring managers on recruitment-related activities, including crafting sourcing strategies, creating and posting job ads, and driving competency-based interviews.
- Contribute to the development of a strong employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical organization within the energy sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with searching candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, and an advantage if you also speak and write Danish.
