About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Support Services to join our country programme team. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all financial, logistical, and administrative functions.

Your main duties will include:

  • Coordinating and managing the programme's finances, including budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Providing technical advice and guidance on procurement, logistics, and human resources.
  • Liaising with local partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position within an INGO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
