We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Customer and Business Support to join our team in Operations. As a leader in our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of talented individuals and driving the business support functions forward. Your expertise in optimizing processes, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in achieving our goals and ensuring the success of our operations. About the job

As the Head of Customer and Business Support, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization and driving our global healthcare mission forward.

You will oversee a team of approximately 10 employees, responsible for critical support functions in sales and contract management, including invoicing and price adjustments.

Your leadership will extend to managing the onboarding and offboarding of customers and spearheading operational partnerships with insurance brokers in the health insurance sector. Collaboration with other departments and entities within Falck will be central to your role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of approximately 10 employees, including two student assistants.
  • Optimizing contract management processes, and overseeing invoicing and price adjustments.
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding of customers.
  • Driving operational collaboration with insurance brokers.

About you

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of +1 years of leadership experience in customer and business support.
  • Master's degree in business process management or a degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in customer support, with a keen attention to detail and a high degree of integrity in decision-making processes.
  • Fluent in Danish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated orientation towards embracing change and fostering development.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, with a track record of building strong professional relationships.
