About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process and Implementation Coordinator to join our team at Profil Optik By Synsam. As a key member of our organization, you will play a central role in developing and implementing effective processes in our stores. You will work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure that all operational tasks are optimized and implemented correctly in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective processes in our stores
  • Work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure that all operational tasks are optimized and implemented correctly
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments in Profil Optik and communicate with our Head Office in Sweden
  • Ensure that all stakeholders in the building process are informed and that the store is ready for the agreed-upon deadline
  • Travel throughout Denmark, especially during periods when we open, move, or upgrade a store
  • Regularly visit our stores to assess what can be changed, experience the atmosphere, and meet your colleagues, who often have great suggestions
Requirements
  • Good IT skills, both in terms of general system understanding and Office package, as well as interest in this area
  • Good communication skills in writing and speaking
  • Danish: High level in writing and speaking
  • Svensk: Good knowledge in writing and speaking
  • English: Good knowledge in writing and speaking
  • Experience with process and project management, including responsibility for managing and optimizing processes and leading projects from start to finish
  • Experience with implementing new systems and processes in an operational context
  • Experience and knowledge of the retail industry and the unique challenges that come with it
  • Understanding of how operational optimizations can positively impact sales results
