Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee nanofabrication manufacturing systems from conception to market release
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers in various disciplines
  • Drive manufacturing and sourcing strategies, including planning and execution of build events
  • Act as the primary liaison with vendors and partners, aligning program objectives with daily operations
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance product integrity and project efficiency
  • Contribute to product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and proposal development
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
  • Minimum BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Physics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • Proven track record in leading complex hardware product development
  • 3+ years experience in managing design and development projects from concept to production
  • Experience in manufacturing thin film deposition equipment or related technologies environment
  • Experience with Prince2, PMI PMP, Agile methodologies, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical standards (e.g., IEEE, CE, UL, SEMI)
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with an eagerness to drive projects to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and adaptability to innovative approaches
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
