Project Overview

The successful candidate will design an interface enabling users in the laboratory to use the algorithm, ensuring efficient data visualization and effective comparison of chromatographic profiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an algorithm for fast and robust identification of differences between sampled and model chromatograms
  • Design an interface for users to utilize the algorithm, ensuring efficient data visualization and effective comparison of chromatographic profiles
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure the algorithm meets the requirements of the project
Requirements
  • Familiarity with data analysis and programming skills in Python
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design and data visualization
  • Insight into chemical/chromatographic analysis and statistics is advantageous
