Ampstek is a high-growth organization seeking an Organizational Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business success through effective change management and organizational development.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, creating communication plans, and providing support and guidance during the implementation of change initiatives. You will also be responsible for conducting assessments to understand the potential impact of changes on different business areas and developing mitigation strategies to address any negative impacts.
Requirements for this role include a Master's degree in communication, organizational psychology, change management, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
