About the Job
">We are looking for a Help Desk Expert to join our team in Gorenje Group Nordic A/S. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support in Norwegian to our customers and consumers.
">About the Role
">The Help Desk Expert will receive and process customer requests via email, web, and phone, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, and handle reporting from service partners. They will also provide expert support to service partners and juggle ad-hoc customer care back-office tasks, including quality control and reporting.
">Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you must have fluent written and spoken Norwegian, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a talent for resolving customer complaints. Experience in technical support or a related field is a plus. You should also have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
