Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative event concepts that align with our brand's creative vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events that exceed member expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform event programming.
- Work closely with our Membership Managers to understand member needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event production, programming, or a related field.
- Proven track record of creating successful events that exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
