Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Digital Solutions team. As a key member of our Enterprise Cloud Service and Engineering (ESCE) team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating digital product development and providing enterprise-ready cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Onboarding Specialist: Be responsible for specifying, governing, and communicating architecture plans and blueprints for internal infrastructure or cloud projects.
  • Architectural Consultant: Provide expert guidance during design and development phases, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Cross-Product Alignment: Ensure high standards for customer engagement and alignment across our organization.
  • Platform Promoter: Encourage the reuse of existing enterprise platforms and build up the internal demand pipeline by engaging with business stakeholders.
  • Consulting Expertise: Provide consulting expertise to business stakeholders on architectural standards and best practices.
  • Business Requirements Translator: Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural designs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cloud architecture, with additional experience in relevant IT domains such as storage, DBM, or on-prem data centers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a genuine interest in people and their technical challenges.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and confident in your recommendations.
  • Experience in agile delivery methods (SAFe, KANBAN, DevOps, etc.) and working in a product-based organization.
  • Understanding of Cloud technology and business use cases.
  • Experience working with architectural artifacts and other architectural disciplines (e.g., security).
  • Bonus points for experience with cloud network components or cloud security.
