Key Responsibilities

In your role within the Test and Validation Project Management Office of the Technology Organization, you will be responsible for connecting all stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the test strategy defined by platform management.

Your duties will include overseeing testing activities for new product and technology development, which range from material assessments and component evaluations to full-scale prototype wind turbine validations.

You will manage the cross-functional overview of test scopes handled by various teams within the Test and Validation area, contributing to the Validation and Verification plan of the new product platform.

Essential tasks include reporting on actuals, managing deviations from the test plan schedule and budget (expenses and hours), and identifying and following up on risks.

Close collaboration with Test and Validation Department Heads, Test Managers, Project Chief Engineers, and Platform/Module Project Managers is vital to enhance the effectiveness of this role.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should possess a technical engineering degree (M.Sc.) and have over 5 years of professional experience in project management.

Experience in the renewable energy sector and in managing test and validation plans is essential.

You should demonstrate fundamental project management skills and a proven track record in product or technology development environments.

A detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset, along with a structured approach to tasks, is crucial.

You should thrive in a multicultural setting and possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Experience in managing development projects with numerous stakeholders, both internal and external, is required.

A development-oriented attitude, openness to change, and an outgoing personality are highly valued.
