Job Description:
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in using cutting-edge technologies to drive our mission forward.
You will collaborate with a talented group of engineers in the broader Tech function, building solutions that ensure our customers have access to a modern, seamless, and secure banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of developing and maintaining backend services, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
- Building, optimizing, and maintaining internal services to support key business functions.
- Integrating with third-party systems to expand the capabilities of our platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and innovate on existing processes.
- Leveraging your backend expertise to drive impactful solutions across various business areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Senior Backend Engineering role or a similar position.
- A background in working with cloud-based solutions and an interest in new technologies and trends.
- Experience with Microservices and knowledge of event-driven & DDD is advantageous.
- Able to dissect complex challenges into digestible and manageable action points.
- A collaborative team player who is passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering the success of others.
- Hands-on experience in agile environments, adept at adapting to shifting priorities and delivering incremental value.
Estimated Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
