Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated student worker to support our New Product Development team in the Air-Conditioning & Commercial Refrigeration (ACR) area. As a key member of our R&D Excellence function, you will contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives and performance tracking visualization for our global R&D organization (200+ people). This role offers invaluable practical experience and exposure to a global R&D environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of performance tracking systems and data visualization tools.
  • Assist in the analysis of R&D performance data.
  • Support various administrative tasks related to R&D projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, data science, IT, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
