Strategic Quality Leader for Global QC Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Strategy and KojoX Execution Lead to join our team at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies.
Key Responsibilities- As a liaison between the global QC VP and internal/external stakeholders, you will translate the QC KojoX vision and goals into actionable directives. You will facilitate alignment across teams by ensuring clear and efficient communication, networking effectively, and support the building of the global QC KojoX team.
- You will provide strategic insights and recommendations to the global QC VP based on analysis of data, and internal performance metrics. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation and oversee the execution of strategy.
- Monitor and track progress on tasks and projects initiated by the global QC VP, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely completion. Provide status updates to the VP, proactively identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Transform information, data, and project updates into concise and impactful presentations. Craft presentations that effectively convey key messages, insights, and strategic initiatives to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Operate autonomously and take ownership of tasks and projects, making informed decisions and executing initiatives with minimal guidance.
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managerial roles, supporting the execution of strategies.
- Background in Quality (QC/QA) within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Requires a high degree of decisiveness and prioritization to resolve complex issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Operates with significant autonomy, making informed decisions and providing strategic recommendations with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to gather and synthesize information for decision-making.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professionalism, tact, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
