We are now looking for a skilled and experienced partnership manager that will lead the strategies and the tactical execution of our ambitious partnership goals.
About the Role
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to take the front lead in establishing, developing, and maintaining crucial international partnerships with major suppliers, producers, and vendors of laboratory software and hardware equipment.
You will become a key player in the company's expansion, working closely with Inniti's CEO and Commercial Director to formulate and maintain partnership strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish target lists and outreach to prioritized potential vendors and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain fruitful dialogues and relationships with potential partners.
- Establish mutually beneficial business cases with ambitions of driving revenue streams.
- Lead contract negotiations with partners.
- Grow, develop, and nurture existing partnerships to reach full potential.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with commercial and revenue-driving partnerships – preferably from the vendor part of the laboratory sector.
- A strong analytic mind and mastery of building and implementing successful business cases.
- Knowledge of tech or a strong understanding of typical SaaS metrics and tech development structures.
- An executional powerhouse who knows how to organize and deliver on goals.
- Pleasant colleague and good collaborator who thrives in an informal, compassionate, and ambitious work environment.
