  • Manage P&L budgeting and controlling for LEGO Retail Marketing, including accurate month-end close, reporting, and commentary.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain transparency and provide visibility of marketing spend.
  • Develop and deliver annual plans and in-year financial estimates, focusing on process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Partner with retail marketing teams to analyze return on investment for various marketing initiatives and retail innovations.
  • Support teams in implementing efficiency initiatives through opportunity validation and ensuring up-to-date reporting tools.
  • Monitor and manage marketing team overheads, including travel, education, and equipment costs.
  • Provide finance support to business partners as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or similar finance-related roles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle complex data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a good understanding of profit and loss statements.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
