Finance Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a Senior Production Finance Partner at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member, you will drive financial excellence and process optimization across our global manufacturing network.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive all production accounting related finance processes
- Process Optimization: Optimize and standardize production accounting processes and financial related master data setup in SAP
- Training and Development: Provide production accounting support and training to employees across our sites
- Master Data Setup: Recommend and implement the setup for financial related master data for new sites or new situations
- Project Leadership: Lead, participate and support projects across sites
- Academic Degree in Finance or Accounting: An Academic Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant academic degree
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in production finance, experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage
- Skills: Knowledge of production accounting which covers inventory adjustments, production variances, purchase price variances, inventory and standard costing
- Tools: Experience with SAP CO and knowledge of different master data's financial impact
- Behavioral Traits: Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure
