Postdoctoral Fellow for Proteomics Investigation

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join our team at the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be part of the Cardiac Proteomics group led by Professor Lundby and will work on investigating remodeling in hearts from animal models, patient samples as well as cell systems using quantitative proteomics-based approaches.
The research fellow will be involved in multiple projects, covering experimental investigations of cellular and animal disease models in addition to work with human samples. Prior experience with mass spectrometry based proteomics is required. The ideal candidate should have an excellent academic track record, solid research experience and be highly motivated to deploy diverse strategies to extract novel findings of importance to cardiac pathophysiology.
The position provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise in cutting-edge quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomics, data analysis of large datasets and integration of multi-omics datasets.
