Proteomics Researcher for Disease Mechanisms
5 days ago
We are looking for a talented postdoctoral fellow to contribute to our research on cardiac pathophysiology. The successful candidate will work on identifying molecular changes driving the disease state using quantitative proteomics-based approaches. This involves investigating remodeling in hearts from animal models, patient samples as well as cell systems.
The research fellow will be part of a collaborative research environment and can expect involvement in multiple projects. Prior experience with mass spectrometry based proteomics is required. The ideal candidate should have an excellent academic track record, solid research experience and be highly motivated to deploy diverse strategies to extract novel findings of importance to cardiac pathophysiology.
Our team offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in cutting-edge quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomics, data analysis of large datasets and integration of multi-omics datasets. We provide creative, friendly and stimulating working conditions in a dynamic and strong scientific environment.
