This includes providing support and guidance to colleagues on long-term sick leave, assisting them in navigating municipalities and insurance providers, and acting as a neutral mediator in sick leave dialogues.
You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address specific cases and optimize health benefit utilization. This may involve analyzing and following up on data to support colleagues and foster organizational learning.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively working to prevent sickness across the organization by fostering a healthy and supportive work environment.
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues on long-term sick leave, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Assisting colleagues in navigating municipalities, insurance providers, and BESTSELLER's health offerings.
- Acting as a neutral mediator in sick leave dialogues to facilitate constructive communication between colleagues and managers when relevant.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., pension advisor WTW) to address specific cases and optimize health benefit utilization.
- Analyzing and following up on data to support colleagues and foster organizational learning.
- Develop and drive a network amongst colleagues to support their transition back to work and overall well-being – and prevent relapses.
