As a Senior Software Developer Lead, you will oversee software development projects, ensuring they meet agreed goals of budget, time, scope, resources, and quality.

You will manage project teams of 1-10 software developers, hardware engineers, PLC programmers, and other specialists, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including electrical and mechanical engineers, to ensure quality across both internal and external processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, lead, and execute projects, presenting software solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, motivating your team to achieve good team spirit and deliver with success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing software development projects, ensuring they meet agreed goals
  • Managing project teams of 1-10 software developers, hardware engineers, PLC programmers, and other specialists
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including electrical and mechanical engineers
  • Presenting software solutions to customers and internal stakeholders

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, combined with experience within project management disciplines, is preferred. Certification in PMI, IPMA, or another project management tool is an advantage.
