About the Role

You will be responsible for administering, configuring, and continuously improving our Veeva Vault platform to support business needs. Your role will also involve developing the platform to enhance Orifarm's business processes. In addition, you will manage document management, regulatory compliance, and ensure seamless operation of Veeva systems for teams across Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Compliance, Safety, and IT.

A key aspect of this position is working closely with colleagues in Corporate IT and stakeholders across the organization to ensure collaborative efforts. You will become part of a dynamic team responsible for daily maintenance of various Veeva Vaults.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee system responsibility and operation of Veeva Vault RIM, including managing releases, implementing changes, delivering 2nd-level support, and maintaining up-to-date system documentation
• Optimize processes within Veeva Vault capabilities and provide training on functionalities
• Develop and deliver training programs for team members, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
• Define and manage role assignments (Access Control Process)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

About the Team

The Veeva team in the IT department consists of two dedicated professionals who work together to maintain and develop the company's digital infrastructure. As a member of this team, you will report directly to Tim Hove, Department Manager of Business Solutions.

Your Background

We seek an individual with experience in regulatory affairs and proficiency in Veeva Vault, as well as second-level support skills for various solutions. Strong communication skills in both Danish and English are essential, along with GxP validation experience from an IT perspective. A structured and detail-oriented approach is required, considering the broader business context.

The position offers a competitive salary, which we estimate to be in the range of $85,000-$105,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
