About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and development of our international website, a key lead generator for Saxo Group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Own the International Website Strategy: Set a strategic direction for the international version of the website, working closely with UX experts, copy-editors, and CRO specialists to plan and implement updates and optimizations.
  2. Drive Engagement and Conversion: Continuously improve the engagement level and conversion rates, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  3. Ensure Website Compliance and Quality: Ensure the website is compliant and contains high-quality content, aligning with Saxo Group's brand and messaging.
  4. Monitor and Report Performance: Track and analyze website performance, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
  5. Stay Ahead of Competitors: Monitor competitors' websites and trends in the digital world, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with demand generation teams, creative colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Digital Marketing: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-lingual e-commerce websites, with a strong proficiency in digital marketing, CRO, SEO, UX design, and analytics.
  2. Marketing Expertise: Experience in marketing financial services or trading, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  3. Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders and navigating large organizations with both HQ and local offices.

  1. Digital Marketing Tools: Advanced skills in digital marketing tools, with experience in Adobe Experience Cloud a significant advantage.
  2. Conversion Rate Optimization: Proven success in improving conversion rates, with a strong understanding of CRO principles and best practices.
  3. Content and Digital Asset Management: Familiarity and experience with content and digital asset management systems.
  4. Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to align and deliver on multiple business objectives, with a strong understanding of the company's goals and priorities.
  5. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
