Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a total compensation framework for the group. You will provide advice regarding short- and long-term incentive programs and reward principles, policies, and compliance. You will evaluate and adapt to new trends, legal requirements, and best practices in terms of compensation and benefits in various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the compensation and benefits strategy
  • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of initiatives
  • Drive internal projects such as gender pay gap analysis
  • Evaluate and adapt to new trends, legal requirements, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience from a similar role in an international company
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
  • Fluent English language proficiency
