Reimbursement Strategist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market access and reimbursement within the medical devices or healthcare industry.

This role requires experience with developing comprehensive end-to-end reimbursement strategies for multiple geographies, prioritization and decision-making, external collaboration, roadmap execution, evidence strategy development, value proposition creation, strategic planning, technical knowledge of reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and evidence generation strategies, project management and execution, stakeholder engagement, and language skills.

The successful candidate will be able to run projects, manage external partners, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, develop and present scoped-out business cases, plans, and recommendations to senior leadership, scope reimbursement pathways, timelines, and plans, resource needs, and probability of success for target geographies and solutions, engage with external consultancies and experts to validate strategies and carry out roadmaps in prioritized geographies, and secure reimbursement for various procedures using 3Shape products, including coding, coverage, and payment.
