Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our team at Egmont. As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our e-commerce solutions using.NET Core and Optimizely CMS (Episerver).

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the conceptualization and development of our five e-commerce websites across various markets.
  • Be responsible for the technical maintenance and further development of our solutions, focusing on high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of new features.
  • Work with.NET Core and Optimizely CMS (Episerver) as the foundation for all our solutions, and adapt to modern and new tools for an efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Relevant higher education in IT.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in back-end development and experience with.NET Core.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, including knowledge of Optimizely CMS (Episerver) is an advantage.
  • Experience with hosting applications in Microsoft Azure, setting up pipelines in DevOps/GitHub Actions.
  • Basic knowledge of various modern front-end technologies.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, but also able to work well in a team.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Danish and English. A basic knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian, and possibly German, is an advantage.
  • You are a sociable person who, in addition to focusing on the ball, is also a pleasant person who participates in and contributes to team dynamics in the department.
