About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our development team.

  • Guiding technological direction, from system architecture to prioritizing technical debt and ensuring knowledge sharing

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A seasoned background with 5-7+ years in software development, ideally with experience in different product/SaaS environments
  • Proven leadership skills in senior developer, architect, or tech lead roles, with an ambition for further professional growth
  • A holistic understanding of software development
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, effective communication, and a strategic outlook on software development and team dynamics
  • Proficiency in English; Danish is beneficial
  • A preference for office-based work
