We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturability and Scalability Expert to join our team in Høje-Taastrup, Denmark. As a key member of our product development function, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on manufacturability and scalability for clinical and market production.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to support development projects and development portfolios.
- Lead and resolve complex challenges at the project, portfolio, or platform level.
- Collaborate with CMC-PS Project Directors to address technology platform-related issues.
- Represent our department in cross-functional projects across Novo Nordisk, ensuring alignment and advocating for our priorities.
- Drive initiatives to optimize technology platforms in collaboration with stakeholders.
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of independence and influence, shaping strategic decisions that have a significant impact on the development pipeline. Qualifications
- MSc or PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, biology, engineering, or similar.
- At least 8-10 years of experience within pharmaceutical product development or expertise within pharmaceutical production at the technology platform.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry and global regulatory requirements.
- Full English proficiency.
You display a high level of independence, personal engagement, drive to reach results, as well as integrity, seeking optimal trade-offs when faced with constraints.
