We are currently seeking a talented individual to lead our Contract Manufacturing Operations team.
About the Team
This team plays a critical role in bringing external capabilities to life and providing viable alternatives and additions to our internal production.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of processes to improve project execution and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a team of governance and control experts who guide the pipeline of new projects.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of priorities and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience as well as project management and/or portfolio management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Business understanding and knowledge of production processes, governance, and regulatory requirements.
