About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Product & Marketing Development team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving strategic finance and business planning efforts to foster brand consistency.

Your primary focus will be on providing financial guidance and oversight for investment projects from inception through execution to post-investment analysis. You will collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Finance: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges, providing expert financial advice and guidance to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of investment projects, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: DKK 1,200,000 per annum (approximately USD 180,000)

Requirements:

  • Strong Commercial and Financial Acumen: Proven experience in strategic finance and business planning, with a strong understanding of commercial and financial principles
