We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our Creative Play Lab team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in evaluating, planning, and deploying strategic investments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Creative Play Lab leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead the business case evaluation process for technology and play capability-focused projects, ensuring that financial analyses and data are used to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Play Engineering VP to drive value across technology-based products and platforms, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Support the Digital Domain lead in creating value hypotheses, tracking key results, and driving productivity savings with digital products.
- Provide financial analyses, data, and insights to support both tactical and strategic decision-making, identifying and evaluating business risks and opportunities.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, or a related field, with excellent results.
- 8+ years of experience in finance business partnering roles, with extensive experience partnering senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial business understanding, strategic thinking, and acumen for investment management.
- Core financial process experience and expertise, with the ability to navigate complexity and manage large data sets.
- Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal presentation, and communication skills.
