In this position, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions by leveraging SAP BTP developed applications, SAP SuccessFactors, and other relevant technologies. You will also define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across the landscape. Your technical leadership and guidance will be crucial in the development and implementation of HR solutions.

Your strong understanding of HR processes and experience in designing and implementing integrations within the SAP landscape and across HR systems will enable you to contribute significantly to our goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as you will need to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

About the Team

You will join our HR DD&IT team, which provides internal IT systems to support 55,000 colleagues globally and 5,000 managers. Our aim is to create an intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems. We partner closely with P&O teams to create business value through strong global digital, data, and IT solutions.
