Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will have a professional degree in architecture and +5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to drive discussions to resolution.
  • Report to the Partner-in-Charge on design aspects and to the Managing Director on operations, risk management, contractual, and other matters.
  • Strategically design timelines and work-plans.
  • Proactively deal with risk assessment and management.
  • Support, advise, direct, and educate all design processes from a technical and buildability perspective.
  • Support the project team to develop compelling creative design scenarios.
  • Contribute as required to the Design Reviews.
  • Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
  • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to help resolve complex technical and design challenges.
Requirements:
  • A professional degree in architecture and +5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to take on constructive guidance in response to direction from managers.
