As a key member of our Rare Disease Planning team, you will oversee operational planning with an 18-month horizon, ensuring stable production through effective planning for both existing and new products.

Your main goal will be to develop short-term production plans for adherence, while also creating 18-month capacity plans to ensure optimal production levels. You will lead the development of production plans and analyses necessary to meet our customers' needs, collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders within the supply chain organization and production teams.

You will be accountable for maintaining full alignment across the supply chain by effectively communicating your plans and analyses to decision-makers at various levels within the organization. This includes managing complex challenges and pinpointing optimal solutions, navigating discussions with senior stakeholders regarding supply chain priorities.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Manage planning for a specific product portfolio/value chain
  3. Develop short-term production plans for adherence
  4. Create 18-month capacity plans to ensure optimal production levels
  5. Ensure clear and constructive alignment and direction with stakeholders across the supply chain and production
  6. Conduct analyses to identify supply risks that will inform decision-making
  7. Define and optimize supply chain processes and support cross-functional and cross-departmental improvements

To be successful in this position, you should have a master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant field, as well as experience in supply chain management or a background in the pharmaceutical industry. You should be analytical and structured in your approach to problem-solving, able to navigate complex challenges and pinpoint optimal solutions.

Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills to engage stakeholders clearly and effectively, proficiency in Excel, and professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
