We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Danske Bank. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving projects within analysis and scoping in one of our high-profile programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, analyse, design, and implement change regarding issue analyses, problem handling, process updates, and other complex tasks.
- Drive projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Facilitate, gather, and present complex decision materials to management, providing clear and concise recommendations.
- Coordinate processes, create charters, set timelines, and align information with relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support stakeholders in establishing an overview and structuring processes from project inception to goal achievement, providing expert guidance and mentorship.
- 3-6 years of experience from consultancy or a similar in-house function, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex tasks, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Excel, with the ability to transform complex material into easily understandable content.
- Solid experience in cooperating across various departments, stakeholders, and business partners, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results.
