COWI is seeking a skilled Multidisciplinary Project Manager to lead design projects from start to finish and develop your skills by taking on projects that vary in scale and complexity.

As a Multidisciplinary Project Manager, you will work on all aspects of a project – design, coordination, financial performance, contractual agreements, client relations, and more.

You will become part of COWI's Building and Industry Executing Unit in Denmark with 50+ committed colleagues in the Multidisciplinary Project Managers group.

Our team consists of project managers and engineering managers, and our ambition is to become the biggest and most talented project and design management team in the engineering consulting industry.

Your key activities will be:

  • Ownership of exciting projects within new builds, reconstruction, and project development, or being a part of project management teams on large-scale projects
  • Full scope of design and tendering within either package contracts, main contracts, or design-build contracts Project execution, building team spirit, and managing healthy project financials
  • Aligning expectations with your customers and colleagues and to increase customer satisfaction.

On top of that, you will have:

  • An academic background as a civil engineer, architect, or another relevant education
  • Some years of working experience in Denmark, including insight into the various aspects of a Danish building project during all design stages
  • Good communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a structured manner
  • Desire to stay on top of things and have a proactive/coordinating approach
  • Ability to build team spirit
  • A holistic approach and act in a timely manner
