About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Project Manager to join our Business Transformation team at Hottinger Brüel & Kjær A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digitalization strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equip the Legato team members with the right tools and techniques to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Drive for a single source of truth, ensuring transparency in plans, status, risks, and issues.
  • Monitor the program's progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing corrective actions.
  • Act as a central engine for the program, connecting teams across organizations and facilitating effective communication.
  • Provide insights to the Program leadership team, presenting complex information in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Onboard the program management team, ensuring a smooth transition and effective handover.
  • Manage change control, implementing processes and tracking requests and approvals.
  • Conduct impact assessments to the baseline scope, timeline, budget, and business case.
  • Ensure quality management and quality assurance, including Stage Gate reviews.
Requirements
  • Extensive project management experience, including supporting complex projects.
  • Prior experience working in an international environment.
  • Previous exposure to ERP implementation projects is essential.
  • Prior stakeholder management experience at various levels in an organization, including C-level.
  • Excellent English skills.
