Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead complex IT system tests in public projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in leading test teams and must be able to independently plan and implement test activities.

The Test Manager will be responsible for managing test teams, including users and business specialists, and will have experience with Netcompany's development model and the State's IT project model. Strong collaborative, problem-solving, and risk management skills are required.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree, or an equivalent education, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of full-time professional experience in one or more of the service areas
  • Good experience in working with individuals, groups, and organizations
  • Solid understanding of recognized and relevant generic industry and specialist standards
  • Quickly acquires new information, evaluates it critically, and applies it effectively

Technological Knowledge:

Experience with Netcompany's development model and the State's IT project model is a clear advantage.

Sector Knowledge:

  • The Test Manager must have experience with testing and test management of complex public IT projects with high criticality
  • The Test Manager must be able to independently plan and manage test activities, including a test team consisting of both users and business specialists
