NLP Remediation Programme Manager

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced NLP Remediation Programme Manager for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the NLP remediation program, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively and align with the organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the NLP remediation strategy and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize NLP-related issues.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide regular stakeholder updates and ensure effective communication throughout the program.
- Coordinate training and support for team members involved in remediation efforts.
- Document processes and outcomes to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing NLP and machine learning programs.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in remediation and quality assurance contexts.
- Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to NLP within your industry.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
