Job Description

In a fast-paced environment, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our people leaders and drive our people processes and priorities.

This role is responsible for working closely with business management and the full HR team to deliver on various tasks within the business unit from operational people-related matters to strategic initiatives.

  • Talent Management: Take part in delivering on our strategic projects within areas such as Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Organizational Change Management.
  • Leadership Coaching and Development: Explore and utilize our portfolio of Leadership programs and trainings including our LEAN toolbox called Danaher Business Systems (DBS).
  • Employee Life Cycle: Support leaders in Personnel matters, in collaboration with our Labor Relations team, and have a good understanding of Danish employment law.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree within Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or similar.
  • 8-10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • A solid expertise within all aspects of the employee life cycle, performance management, organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching and development.
