Role Overview

Pandora A/S seeks a highly skilled Global Training Innovator to join our Global Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our Global Retail Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing impactful training programs that enhance the selling capabilities of our 19,000 retail employees worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or similar roles, with proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop effective training content to develop selling capabilities of our Retail employees across various formats.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and learning theory to ensure interactive, learner-centric content aligned with learning objectives.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously, identifying priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business, collaborating closely to identify opportunities where training can positively impact performance.
  • Analyze commercial impact of training initiatives using data analytic tools, KPI performance, and feedback mechanisms, communicating findings to leadership and making adjustments accordingly.
  • Undertake training needs analysis to evaluate capability levels across stores, providing retail leaders with feedback and coaching to encourage continuous skills development.
  • Ambassador for store teams, leading by example to drive high standards and excellence, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Confidently present and communicate to senior stakeholders, facilitating face-to-face and virtual training sessions to learners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training content development, exploring new ways of working and sharing suggestions for improvements with the wider team.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or similar roles; retail experience is advantageous.
  2. Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  4. Excellent organizational skills, enabling management of multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
  5. Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams.
  6. Knowledge of adult learning principles and a passion for innovation in training strategies.

About Pandora A/S

Established in 1982, Pandora designs, manufactures, and markets hand-finished jewelry made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. With over 6,500 points of sale globally, including around 2,500 concept stores, Pandora employs 32,000 people worldwide and crafts its jewelry at two LEED certified facilities in Thailand, using mainly recycled silver and gold. The company plans to be carbon neutral by 2025 and has joined the Science Based Targets initiative to reduce emissions across its full value chain.

Location and Salary

This role is based in Copenhagen V, Denmark, with an estimated salary of 120,000 DKK per annum, reflecting the location and requirements of the position.
