Train Service Training Manager Position

Job Title: Train Service Training ManagerResponsibilities:- Promote Standardised Training Practices: Develop and promote standardised training practices compliant with international standards or company central procedures and methodology.
- Capitalise Data and Best Practices: Capitalise data and best practices to improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) on future projects.
- Innovative Training Tools: Promote innovative and pedagogic training tools such as simulators, IT trainers, e-learning platforms, and virtual reality.
We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An engineering university degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of training experience within Integrated Service Readiness (ISR) Engineering scope or Maintenance Organisation.
- Railway technical knowledge on train and maintenance technical aspects.
- Fluency in English; Danish is desirable.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €65,000 - €85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
