About the Role

We are seeking a Fashion Brand Identity Specialist to join our Marketing department at VILA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing all types of photo production, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.

Your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with the Brand Identity Manager to plan and execute all photo shoots
  • Booking models, photographers, stylists, assistants, and videographers
  • Arranging locations, hotels, flights, catering, and other necessities for photo shoots
  • Closely working with the Art Director and Stylist to prepare styles and props for each photo shoot
  • Coordinating the selected styles for the day, ensuring that all required products are ordered, delivered on time, and ready for the photoshoot

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a structured approach to tasks enabling you to work on several projects simultaneously.
