We are looking for a new coordinator to be a part of our Brand Identity Team which is a part of VILA's Marketing department at our offices in Stilling, Denmark.

You'll become part of a dynamic and international company and join our marketing department, consisting of 11 dedicated and skilled colleagues. As our coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing all types of photo production. This includes managing all photography activities—both B2B and B2C—from initiation to execution and completion. You will act as the go-to person for all photo-related tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery. Your tasks will include:

• Plan and execute all photo shoots in cooperation with Brand Identity Manager
• Book models, photographers, stylists, assistants, and videographers
• Arrange locations, hotels, flights, catering, and other necessities for photo shoots
• Ensure that our photo budget is maintained and always up to date, handling invoices and updating the budget for photo shoots
• In close collaboration with the Art Director and Stylist, prepare styles and props for each photo shoot to align with the campaign's objectives
• Coordinate the selected styles for the day, ensuring that all required products are ordered, delivered on time, and ready for the photoshoot

Moreover, we are looking for someone contributing with the following qualifications:

• Experience from a coordinating role with project planning and stakeholder management
• Experience in handling photo or video shoots is an advantage
• Super user in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
