We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our operations team at KOMPAS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, reporting, audit, and tax functions, as well as serving as a key liaison for our back-office service providers.
Responsibilities:- Fund Accounting: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of bookkeeping, financial statements, capital accounts, and fund-level reporting, ensure timely and compliant financial reporting to LPs and regulatory bodies.
- Capital Management: Monitor and manage capital calls and distributions to LPs, oversee cash flow management, including fund reserves and liquidity planning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions, maintain compliance with investor agreements and partnership documents.
- Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for LPs, addressing queries and providing updates, compile and present financial and operational data.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our investment and legal teams to ensure seamless finance-related aspects of deal execution and post-investment financial management.
