We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our Sourcing QC department. As a key member of the Support & Development team, you will be responsible for driving the daily operations of our training setup to enhance employee performance and competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure accessibility and quality of content in our training set-up.
  2. Evaluate business challenges, problems, and deviations related to training, competence development, or performance support.
  3. Comply with training and documentation requirements.
  4. Drive and anchor training-related improvement projects.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An academic degree in life science and/or experience in learning theory from a highly regulated business setting.
  • Experience with cGMP and knowledge of cLEAN.
  • Knowledge of QualityDocs, PowerBI, and iSOtrain.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English (writing and speech).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
