About the Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing the Global Marketing Academy strategy.
  • Leading the design and implementation of learning journeys across various career stages.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Tracking and reporting on participation, satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
  • Continuously improving the offer based on data and feedback.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong marketing background with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in building or leading learning programs, academies, or capability initiatives.
  • Familiarity with change management, especially in leading strategic projects that impact organization, processes, and ways of working.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong communication and partnership-building skills.
