Job Overview

This postdoctoral fellowship is a full-time position for three years, starting from February 1, 2025, or after agreement.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the 'Becoming an interdisciplinary scientist: Communicating values and valuing difference' project, which includes:

  • Conducting literature reviews and analyses.
  • Designing and implementing interviews with mid-career scientists.
  • Developing an ECR training course and workshops.
  • Implementing and evaluating the training program.
  • Disseminating findings and impact.
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a PhD in a relevant humanities or social science discipline and demonstrate excellent track record in relation to career stage.

  • Confidence designing own research methodologies.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating across disciplines.
  • Some experience with running communication activities or teaching is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of the project and work collaboratively with the research team.
