This position offers unparalleled opportunities for professional challenges as you tackle impactful projects in a rapidly evolving pipeline.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop in vitro/ex vivo assays to characterize the function and potency of potential drug candidates.
- Plan and conduct assays in primary cells and cell lines, analyzing cellular responses with various techniques.
- Identify and implement new technologies, assay platforms, and experimental methods in collaboration with colleagues.
- Lead in vitro pharmacology efforts within projects to reach go/no-go decisions and contribute understanding of disease mechanisms.
- Ph.D. in biology, biomedicine, or a related field, with at least 5 years of industry experience in Pharma/Biotech, and a strong track record in drug discovery and early development.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture, including primary immune cells and PBMCs.
- Proven experience in assay development, troubleshooting, and optimization using various types of assay technologies.
- Broad expertise in immunology and diseases driven by inflammatory processes.
- A keen interest in lab-based work with a positive and solution-focused mindset.
- A proactive and flexible team player, with strong collaboration skills, self-leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity.
