Join DSV as a Lead Investigator

Support DSV's whistleblower investigations and drive business integrity

At DSV, we are committed to conducting business with integrity. To underline this commitment, we have in place a whistleblower scheme that encourages employees and third parties to securely report concerns of misconduct or illegal behaviour.

As part of our whistleblower policy, we objectively investigate all reports and take proportionate applicable action. As our lead investigator, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of cases, ensuring the processes we have within investigations are adequate and ensuring compliance with any regulatory requirements surrounding the scheme.

Take ownership of our whistleblower scheme

Joining our Business Ethics team, you will act as the lead investigator of the whistleblower scheme. We currently have one full-time investigator in the team. With your experience, we expect you to be able to support them in their work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all cases reported as part of the whistleblower scheme, including carrying out investigations or, where delegated, ensuring the investigation is carried out properly
  • Being our subject matter expert on whistleblowing data as part of the reporting requirements
  • Ensuring that investigation processes meet legal requirements
  • Sparring with policy owners to ensure that the whistleblower scheme is compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Developing the processes behind our investigations and reporting

Use your experience to make a difference

You have previously worked with investigations, and with your experience, you understand that cases may need to be handled with sensitivity and empathy.

Additionally, you have:

  • A master's degree in a relevant area such as business administration, accounting, auditing or law
  • Several years of experience with investigations within an international context
  • Some experience in a leading role – e.g. leading investigation processes or teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Any formal qualifications as a certified fraud examiner or forensic accountant will be considered a plus.
